Shanxi Lingze New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a key project in Shanxi Province and a strong chain project in the new energy automobile industry chain. It is listed as the "three batches" key project in Luliang City, with a total investment of 1.046 billion yuan . It covers an area of 214.84 mu .

The main construction includes 2x30000 tons/year triethylamine plant, 2x2000 tons/year vinylene carbonate (VC) plant and 2x2000 tons/year fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC) plant. It is also equipped with 2x12000 tons/year chloroethylene carbonate (CEC) unit, fluoride salt unit, solvent recovery unit and supporting utilities. After the completion of the project, 350 jobs can be arranged, the annual sales revenue of normal operation is 1.4 billion yuan, and the total annual profit is 300 million yuan.
