Bridge introduction:

The main line of the newly-built Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway is about 116 kilometers long. The main bridge of Hongqili Waterway Highway and Railway Joint Construction Section is the control project of the whole line, and it is also the most difficult bridge for the construction of the whole line. The length of the bridge is 1.41 kilometers, the height of the main tower is 258 meters, and the main span is 808 meters. It is the first new structural system of the cable-stayed bridge with ultra-short side span steel-concrete box (plate) -truss composite girder, which is the largest ultra-short side span asymmetric composite cable-stayed bridge at present. Hongqili Bridge has 8 piers, of which 2 main piers are located in Nansha District of Guangzhou City and Minzhong Town of Zhongshan City respectively. There are 70 piles for the main piers, all of which are super-long bored piles with a diameter of 4 meters. The maximum drilling depth is 85 meters, which is the largest diameter bored pile in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area bridge engineering at present. The underground water level at the

bridge site is high, the silt and sand layer is thick, and the fluidity is large under the influence of tide. With the goal of "building an innovative Hongqili Bridge and building a beautiful future in Dawan District", the project team implemented the management of "standardization, informatization, intellectualization and digitalization" in the process of project construction, organized scientifically and adapted to local conditions. High-power rotary drilling rig is adopted for the main pier on the land, and high-power rotary drilling rig + KTY6000 large power head is adopted for the main pier in the water. The "relay" hole-forming technology of rotary drilling rig effectively ensures the construction efficiency and hole-forming quality, aiming at the problems of 4 meters large diameter bored pile hole cleaning and underwater concrete pouring. The technical team of the project has formulated a feasible construction technical scheme for each construction process. Through intelligent monitoring of the mixing station silo, material procurement has been completed in advance, and careful arrangements have been made for staffing, mechanical configuration, monitoring and testing, safety management and control in the process of concrete supply, so as to ensure the quality of pile foundation.

Since the start of construction in October 2022, the construction team of China Railway Bridge Bureau has quickly organized personnel, machinery and equipment, materials and materials to enter the site, made full use of the superior resources of the area, set up a land requisition and demolition team, actively participated in the coordination of local governments, comprehensively arranged the red line land of the project, concentrated on the assault of the road to enter the site, and promoted the construction of the project. The reinforcement workshop and mixing station completed the site construction efficiently. On February 13, 2023, the first pile foundation of the main pier was poured, and on May 18, the pile foundation construction of the main pier on the Nansha side was completed. The construction progress of the project is in the forefront of the whole line, and the project is progressing rapidly and orderly.
