Taicang Conch, Suzhou Tianshan, Xiangshui Zhonglian and other cement enterprises are listed on the list of green factories in Jiangsu Province.

Recently, the website of Jiangsu Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on Publishing the List of Green Factories in Jiangsu Province (the third batch). According to

the circular, in order to guide the green transformation of enterprises and accelerate the green development of industry, According to the Notice on the Issuance of the Implementation Plan for the Construction of Green Manufacturing System in Jiangsu Province (Su Jingxin Energy Conservation [2016] 725) and the Notice on the Recommendation of the Third Batch of Provincial Green Factories (Su Gongxin Energy Conservation [2022] 398), all localities actively promote the cultivation and construction of green factories, based on the self-evaluation of enterprises and the recommendation of local preliminary examination. After organizing expert review, special review and publicity procedures, the Jiangsu Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology identified 301 enterprises as the third batch of green factories in Jiangsu Province in 2022. Four cement enterprises,

including Taicang Conch, Suzhou Tianshan, Xiangshui Zhonglian and Jiangsu Shanhe Cement, were listed. According to

the circular, green industrial development is an inevitable way to comprehensively promote high-quality development and achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, and strengthening the construction of green manufacturing system is a concrete measure to achieve green industrial development. The competent departments of industry and information technology in

Jiangsu should strengthen the guidance of enterprises (parks) in the list of green manufacturing system, urge enterprises to take effective energy-saving and emission reduction measures in accordance with the construction plan and objectives, continuously improve their green development level, give full play to the role of green demonstration, and help the industry and region to reach the peak of carbon neutralization.

It is also required to earnestly implement the annual work summary reporting system, establish and improve the green factory cultivation and reserve system, and strengthen dynamic supervision and management.
