Huaxin Gayou'er (Suget) Cement Co., Ltd. has built four cement plants and one new building materials company in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan

Among them, Tajikistan Suget Company was put into operation in 2016, and the cement production line of its self-contained power station was the first in Central Asia. Huaxin officially took over Kyrgyzstan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. in December 2019, modernized the production system, greatly improved production efficiency, and achieved the best results in production and marketing. In June 2020, the first wholly foreign-owned building materials enterprise in Uzbekistan, Huaxin Cement Jizak Company, was put into operation, and the project was included in the list of major foreign investment projects by Presidential Decree No.3874 of Uzbekistan, which is one of the major projects personally promoted by the President.
