The main contents of the project include relying on your company's existing complex building, power distribution room, hazardous waste temporary storage room, etc. New concrete mixing plant, sand and gravel storage (it is planned to build a new sand and gravel storage within the scope of your company's original storage land), cement silo, fly ash silo, admixture silo, sand and gravel separation area, etc., as well as corresponding water supply, drainage, power distribution, fire protection, environmental protection facilities and other supporting facilities. The product of this
project is environment-friendly commercial concrete, with a total production scale of 600,000 m ³/a. Two concrete production lines with a single production scale of 300,000 m ³/a are set up. The main raw and auxiliary materials are gravel, sand, cement, fly ash, admixture, etc., of which gravel, sand and cement are produced by your company. Other main raw and auxiliary materials are purchased. The total floor area of the project is 1648 ㎡, and the total building area is 1048 ㎡; the total investment is 34.07 million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is 676,000 yuan, accounting for 1.98% of the total investment.

By using the existing 1 # cement clinker production line (with a production scale of 4000t/d) and 2 # cement clinker production line (with a production scale of 4000t/d) of the enterprise, the alternative fuel of general solid waste is co-disposed in the cement kiln, and the alternative fuel materials mainly come from the general solid waste of Jiande City and its surrounding areas. After the completion of the project, the annual disposal capacity of 100000 tons of alternative fuels will be formed.
The whole system has the characteristics of high fuel substitution rate and high calorific value utilization rate. After the technical transformation, the existing cement production capacity of the enterprise remains unchanged, which can achieve low carbon emissions and achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
