On September 13, the Guizhou Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Results of the First Batch of National Industrial Energy Conservation Supervision in 2023". In accordance with the requirements of the Energy Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Energy Conservation of Guizhou Province, the Measures for Supervision of Industrial Energy Conservation and the Opinions on the Implementation of the Legal Audit System for Major Law Enforcement Decisions on the Full Implementation of the Record System for the Whole Process of Law Enforcement of the Administrative Law Enforcement Publicity System (No.7, 2019), etc. The results of the first batch of national industrial energy conservation supervision in 2023 are now publicized. If there is any objection, please give a written feedback to the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province within the publicity period.
The announcement showed that of the 97 enterprises, 7 had stopped production, 36 had failed to meet the energy consumption standards, and 9 had failed to account for energy consumption.
