Wenzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau spot-checks the quality of 95 groups of sand and gravel

Recently, Wenzhou Housing and Construction Bureau issued a notice on the results of sampling inspection of sand quality for ready-mixed concrete.

According to the requirements of the Notice on Further Strengthening the Quality Management of Ready-mixed Concrete Sand in Our City (Wen Zhu Jian Fa [2022] No.34), from March to April this year, The local housing and construction departments inspected the sand used by the ready-mixed concrete enterprises within their jurisdiction. A total of 95 groups of sand were sampled from 84 enterprises in the city, including 8 groups of sea sand, 9 groups of river sand and 78 groups of artificial sand. The results of the sampling inspection (see annex) are now published and subject to social supervision. The telephone number for supervision and reporting is 88820233. Local housing and construction departments are requested to continue to strengthen the supervision of the quality of sand used by ready-mixed concrete enterprises within their jurisdiction.
