Recently, in order to give full play to the supervisory responsibilities of discipline inspection and supervision and functional departments, Haidong Discipline Commission and Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment jointly carried out special supervision and inspection of ecological environment protection in various counties and districts of Haidong City, including natural resources, forest and grass water affairs, urban management of residential construction, agriculture and rural areas. Promote the city's "escort" ecological environment protection work to achieve tangible results. On the basis of self-examination and self-correction in various counties and districts, the

inspection team visited 14 departments and townships through listening to reports, consulting information and on-the-spot verification, consulted more than 1000 copies of information in 6 batches, inspected 137 sites on the spot, and inspected the construction and operation of sewage and garbage treatment facilities. Sand and gravel mining enterprises carry out supervision and inspection on the implementation of the requirements of "recovery while mining", the rectification of various supervisory feedback problems, the disposal of construction waste, the sewage treatment of livestock and poultry breeding enterprises, the recovery of residual film in farmland, the comprehensive improvement of rural environment, and the disposal of letters and visits in the field of ecological environmental protection.

In order to more effectively promote the work of ecological environment protection and continuously consolidate the effectiveness of the rectification of various kinds of supervision feedback issues, the inspection team requests that all kinds of supervision feedback issues be placed in the same important position as the two rounds of central supervision of ecological environment protection, that the responsibility of supervision and rectification be effectively implemented, and that the principles of science, accuracy and legality be adhered to. On the basis of completing the rectification of the feedback problems of the escort ecological environment protection supervision, we should comprehensively and systematically investigate the similar ecological environment problems in the whole region. It has made sustained efforts in key areas such as the operation and management of urban and rural domestic sewage and garbage treatment facilities, the supervision of the whole process of mineral resources development, the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution, and the implementation of the responsibility of river and lake length system.

At the same time, we should adhere to the problem orientation, goal orientation and result orientation. According to the inspection report, we should further consolidate the responsibility of rectification, combine with the actual classification research, formulate targeted rectification measures, clarify the responsible units, responsible persons and time limit requirements, and vigorously carry out rectification. Follow up and consolidate the promotion, carry out the work of "looking back" from time to time, establish and improve the long-term mechanism of finding and rectifying problems, innovate working methods, find and solve problems in time, avoid minor problems turning into major ones, adhere to the overall planning of trunk and tributaries, the coordination of upstream and downstream, the linkage of left and right banks, the co-governance of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasses, sand and ice, and strengthen cross-regional cooperation. Form a pattern of co-management, co-governance and co-protection, implement the linking mechanism between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice, and strictly deal with illegal problems that damage the ecological environment according to law.
