According to foreign media reports, the European Solar Energy Association recently issued a warning that due to the fierce market competition, the continued decline in the price of photovoltaic modules, soaring inventory and other factors, local photovoltaic enterprises have been bankrupt, and European photovoltaic enterprises may face a wave of bankruptcy. The article also points out that fierce competition among Chinese suppliers to gain market share has led to a rapid decline in the price of photovoltaic modules during the year. The association recommends that the EU take measures such as emergency acquisition of module stocks of European photovoltaic manufacturers, establishment of solar manufacturing banks, and boosting demand in the European photovoltaic market to cope with the current difficulties. In particular, the EU needs to take action to limit price competition in China. However, some insiders believe that the European photovoltaic industry only wants to find a "suitable reason" for its own failure, and the cause of their current industrial crisis is not in China at all.
