In August, the price monitoring of major building materials in Wuhan announced that the price of machine-made sand was about 123 yuan per square meter.

Recently, Wuhan Engineering Construction Standard Quota Management Station released a briefing on the price monitoring of major building materials in Wuhan in August 2023. According to the briefing, in August, the price of machine-made sand in Wuhan was about 123 yuan/cubic meter, the price of natural sand was about 207 yuan/cubic meter, and the price of gravel was about 149 yuan/cubic meter, which was flat, down 2 yuan/cubic meter and down 2 yuan/cubic meter respectively, down about 0%, 2.1% and 2.1% compared with July.

Price survey and monitoring of

major building materials in August 2023 Steel: The price of hot-rolled Grade III rebar was about 3925 yuan/ton, down about 44 yuan/ton from July, a decrease of about 1.1%.

Cement: The price of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement in bulk is about 343 yuan/ton, which is about 21 yuan/ton lower than that in July, with a decrease of about 5.7%.

Sand and gravel: the price of machine-made sand is about 123 yuan/m3, the price of natural sand is about 207 yuan/m3, and the price of gravel is about 149 yuan/m3. Compared with July, it is flat, down 2 yuan/m3 and down 2 yuan/m3 respectively, with a decrease of about 0%, 2.1% and 2.1%.

Commercial concrete: The price of ordinary C30 concrete is about 446 yuan/m3, down about 6 yuan/m3 from July, or about 1.33%.

Ready-mixed mortar: the price of bulk DMM7.5 dry-mixed masonry mortar is about 313 yuan/ton, which is about 5 yuan/ton lower than that in July, with a decrease of about 1.6%.

Gasoline: The wholesale price of No.92 gasoline is about 7720 yuan/ton, up about 150 yuan/ton from July, or about 1.9%.

Asphalt concrete: The price of fine grain AC-13 asphalt concrete is about 1274 yuan/m3, which is about 10 yuan/m3 higher than that in July, with an increase of about 0.8%. The spot price of

copper is about 69000 yuan/ton, up about 500 yuan/ton from July, or about 0.7%.

Wires and cables: Prices fluctuated with copper, flat from July.

Aluminum: The spot price of aluminum is about 18300 yuan/ton, up about 200 yuan/ton from July, or about 1.1%.

Prefabricated PC components: The price of the exterior wall panel of the fabricated solid shear wall is about 3394 yuan/m3, which is about 9 yuan/m3 lower than that in July, with a decrease of about 0.3%.
