According to reports, on June 26 this year, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Changjiang Li Autonomous County received a clue transfer letter saying that on May 30, the safety supervisors of the Emergency Management Bureau of Changjiang Li Autonomous County carried out routine safety production inspection on the clay mine for Shiba Cement of Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. It was found that the design of safety facilities for the mine construction project was not submitted to the relevant departments for examination and approval in accordance with the regulations, and the construction was carried out without authorization.
On June 30, the law enforcement officers of the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Changjiang Li Autonomous County went to the site of Shiba Cement Clay Mine in Shilu Town, Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. to investigate. After on-site inspection and access to information, it was confirmed that the design of safety facilities for the construction project of clay mine for cement in Shiba, Shilu Town, Changjiang County of Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. had not been submitted to the relevant departments for examination in accordance with the regulations.
It is reported that Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. is jointly funded by Hainan Huasheng Cement Investment Co., Ltd. and Hainan Huasheng Cement Holding Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 200 million yuan and registered in Shilu Town Industrial Development Zone, Changjiang County. In view of the above-mentioned illegal acts of Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd., on August 21, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Changjiang Li Autonomous County imposed a fine of 250000 yuan on Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. and ordered it to correct the illegal acts within a time limit.
