after on-site verification, the new dry cement production line of 2000 t/d clinker in Bijie Cement Plant of Guizhou Province was dismantled in June 2022, which did not meet the production conditions. It is hereby officially announced that the announcement time is from May 17, 2023 to May 23, 2023.
