5月18日，贵州省毕节市人民政府发布了关于贵州省毕节市水泥厂2000t/d熟料水泥生产线关停拆除情况的公告。
贵州省毕节市水泥厂将2000t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线产能指标转让给赫章县水泥厂有限公司，于2022年1月关停并开始组织拆除。根据《工业和信息化部关于印发水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法的通知》（工信部原〔2021〕80号）有关要求，
经现场核查，贵州省毕节市水泥厂2000t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线于2022年6月拆除完毕，不具备生产条件，现予正式公告，公告时间:2023年5月17日—2023年5月23日。
