Penalty content: Wuhu Conch Cement occupied 1,754 square meters of collective land in Kushan Village, Fanyang Town, Fanchang District in May 2017 without approval, including 1,650 square meters of construction land and 104 square meters of forest land, and constructed crusher foundation and supporting facilities with a construction area of 104 square meters. At present, the crusher foundation and supporting facilities have been completed and put into use.
