Malay Jinjing Second-line 600t/d Photovoltaic Glass Production Line Successfully Ignited

On the morning of May 18,

2023, Jinjing Malaysia Photovoltaic Glass Project held a second-line ignition and commissioning ceremony in Julin High-tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. The ceremony was presided over by Cheng Shuo, Vice General Manager of Jinjing Malaysia. Wang Gang, Vice President of FIRST SOLAR and Deputy to the National People's Congress for six consecutive sessions and Chairman of Jinjing Group, jointly lit the main torch. After being passed by the on-site rostrum personnel, Cui Wenchuan, General Manager of Jinjing Malaysia Company, and Li Zhenqiang, Vice General Manager of Jinjing Malaysia Company, lit the torch of 10 igniters. The igniter then goes to the kiln head to ignite the burner of the kiln. Many representatives

from the project construction unit, Jinjing Group headquarters, Malaysian local partners and friends from all walks of life participated in the on-site ignition ceremony. Cui Wenchuan, General Manager of Jinjing Technology Malaysia Company, introduced the construction process of the project to the guests, expressed heartfelt thanks to the Chinese government, the Malaysian government and relevant departments for their strong support, and welcomed all the guests attending the ceremony. The project is a photovoltaic glass production line with a daily melting capacity of 600 tons, which can provide nearly 30 million square meters of solar glass annually. Jinjing Technology Malaysia's proprietary glass will significantly reduce the weight of solar modules, improve efficiency for module manufacturers and save costs for installers. With world-class production plants, intelligent manufacturing equipment and global supply chain system, Jinjing Technology Malaysia will become an excellent international solar glass provider for the future.

This project is another important achievement of Jinjing in the field of green energy, and is the two-way development of Jinjing's green energy strategy and China's "the Belt and Road" initiative.
