It has opened up a new road for the construction of intelligent, green and modern full-process intelligent factories in the cement industry, and is exploring the construction of "unmanned chemical factories".

Chengde BBMG has an intelligent laboratory with the highest localization rate and the most stable operation in the cement industry. The degree of data acquisition and management is in the leading position in the industry, and the exploration of big data application scenarios is also the first in the industry. Focusing on the demonstration of intelligent transformation of cement production line in stock, giving enterprises new competitiveness in the digital age from the perspective of data-driven, taking the Internet of Things as the grasp, establishing the "industrial brain" to support the digital transformation of production and operation, and realizing the comprehensive integration of real-time production data, heterogeneous professional system data and business data. Six enterprise intelligent laboratories have been put into operation.

The project deeply integrates 5G and AI artificial intelligence video recognition and other new generation of information technology to build a safety management AI intelligent eye system, which is based on the dual-control construction mechanism to avoid unsafe behavior of personnel.
