May 18, the major projects of Yichang in the second quarter of 2023 and the project of Yichang Green Intelligent Ship Industrial Park were launched in Yidu City. Among them, Shenzhen Black Crystal Photovoltaic Perovskite Laminated Photovoltaic Cell and New Module Production Project is also officially started at this moment.
It is reported that the total investment of Shenzhen Black Crystal Photovoltaic Perovskite Laminated Photovoltaic Cell and New Module Production Project is 10 billion yuan, which mainly constructs 7.5G W New Photovoltaic Module Workshop, 7 GW High Efficiency Perovskite Laminated Photovoltaic Cell Workshop and Million Kilowatt Source Network Charge Storage New Energy Guarantee Base. At the same time, power stations, wastewater treatment stations, solid waste warehouses, scientific research buildings and finished product warehouses will be built.
The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in December 2025, with an estimated annual output value of over 20 billion yuan, an annual tax revenue of 500 million yuan and about 1500 jobs. After the completion of the
project, it will become the first production and demonstration application base of perovskite laminated photovoltaic cells and modules in central China, help Yichang build a "clean energy capital", and make positive contributions to the construction of a model city for the protection of the Yangtze River and a green low-carbon development demonstration area in the Three Gorges region.
