On May 11, the Yueyang Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment held a symposium on the supervision of political conduct.
The meeting pointed out that this year, the Yueyang Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment continued to maintain a high-pressure situation of paying equal attention to "cracking down on non-violations" and "cracking down on violations", making full use of modern scientific and technolo gical means, intelligent supervision platform of "two passengers and one danger" and dynamic monitoring system, integrating all kinds of information, striking hard and accurately, and striving to achieve the goal. The detachment has carried out joint law enforcement actions across cities and counties and "cracking down on non-violations" in the field of transportation in the whole city. Since 2022, the detachment has temporarily detained 425 illegally operated commercial vehicles and other cars.
In the supervision of overloading and overloading of freight transport, the law enforcement brigade of overloading control has implemented the 24-hour duty system of fixed overloading detection stations, taking fixed stations as the control center and focus of work, actively carrying out mobile overloading control law enforcement, and strengthening the work of mobile overloading control in material transport corridors and key sections such as sand and gravel yards and mixing yards in its jurisdiction. In coordination with the public security and traffic police departments, joint law enforcement actions have been carried out at night for many times to severely crack down on short-distance over-limit transportation, truck alliances and all kinds of illegal acts of evading and resisting law enforcement inspection. In the first quarter of this year, the detachment inspected the 20860 of freight vehicles, punished 194 vehicles exceeding the quota (97 vehicles exceeding the quota by 10% or less), unloaded 1649.02 tons of goods, and carried out law enforcement inspections and door-to-door deliveries to enterprises at the source three times.
In the follow-up, the detachment will strengthen communication and docking, take the initiative to accept social supervision, enforce the law for the people, earnestly analyze and study the problems pointed out by the conduct supervisors, take timely and effective measures, properly handle them, do a good job and achieve results, strengthen the record of the whole process of law enforcement, and further enhance the standardization level of law enforcement. Efforts should be made to be a pioneer in transportation.
