On May 15, with the assembly of the last 128.8-ton prefabricated component roof in place, Fukeng Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 16 Phase II Project of China Railway 14th Bureau completed the assembly, marking the successful completion of the assembly of the first fully assembled metro station in karst development area in China. . Fukeng Station, constructed by the 14th Bureau of China Railway, is one of the three fabricated stations in the second phase of Shenzhen Metro Line 16. The total length of the station is 228 meters, and the overall assembly rate is 76.3%. It is formed by 435 "building blocks" assembled in sequence on site. It is the first batch of assembly type pilot metro stations in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and also the first batch of fully assembled metro stations with large prefabricated components under the internal support system in China.

Fukeng Station is located in the karst development area of Shenzhen City, with a total karst rate of 8.34%, a hole rate of 70%, a maximum single karst cave height of 10.6 meters, a cave volume of nearly 4000 cubic meters, and abundant fissure karst water. Under such geological conditions, the excavation of the foundation pit of the station has a high risk, which puts forward higher requirements for assembly.
In order to complete the assembly construction safely and with high quality, according to the construction characteristics of karst development area, the project department vigorously promotes the construction of "intelligent + information + digital" intelligent manufacturing platform, through the application of BIM model visualization system and other technologies. It has independently developed a multi-functional "180-ton gantry crane + separated assembly trolley" tooling equipment with rotation, anti-swing, fine-tuning of posture, correction and other functions, which has achieved millimeter-level precision assembly.
