(Hereinafter referred to as "Hefei Huasheng") and Xuancheng Huasheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Xuancheng Huasheng"), wholly-owned subsidiaries of Anhui Huasheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Hefei Huasheng and Xuancheng Huasheng intend to purchase 13 sets of high-efficiency silicon heterojunction solar cell production line equipment from the Company, totaling 7.8GW. In the past 12 months (excluding the contracts disclosed in the previous period), the total amount of equipment purchased by Anhui Huasheng and its controlled companies from the Company exceeds 50% of the audited operating revenue of the Company in 2022, but does not reach 100%. The contract amount of this transaction is a trade secret, and the performance of the disclosure obligation may lead to improper competition and damage the interests of the Company.
