Relevant matters are notified as follows:

I. Scope and Categories

of Solicitation The scope of solicitation focuses on the recycling of wastewater from industries such as iron and steel, petrochemical industry, textile dyeing and finishing, papermaking, food, leather, pharmaceuticals, building materials, non-ferrous metals, machinery, coal and electric power, high-efficiency cooling or washing, substitution of high-water-consuming production processes, Water-saving technologies, technologies and equipment, such as intelligent management and control of water use, unconventional water utilization, water-saving pollution reduction and carbon reduction coordination, as well as water-saving technologies, technologies and equipment suitable for the Yellow River Basin, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and other areas with serious water shortage, and the Yangtze River Economic Zone and other areas with sensitive water environment.

According to the stage of process, technology and equipment, it is mainly divided into R & D, industrialization demonstration and popularization and application.

(1) R & D: refers to the process, technology and equipment that have achieved major technological breakthroughs, achieved phased results, achieved obvious water-saving effects, achieved clear intellectual property rights and been preliminarily verified by users through independent R & D, technology introduction and integrated innovation.

(2) Industrialization demonstration: refers to major key processes, technologies and equipment with basically mature technology, clear intellectual property rights, remarkable water-saving effect, broad prospects for popularization and application, and basic conditions for application but not yet industrialized.

(III) Popularization and application: refers to the process, technology and equipment with mature technology, stable equipment performance, good water-saving effect, clear intellectual property rights, remarkable economic and social benefits, mature application cases, relatively low technology popularization rate, but industrialized production has been realized.

2.

The competent departments of industry and information technology at the provincial level shall, in conjunction with the competent departments of water administration, organize the research and development and production units of industrial water-saving technology, technology and equipment in the region. Through the "Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform" (https://green.miit.gov.cn), the "Declaration of Industrial Water Saving Technology, Technology and Equipment" (Annex 1, 2, 3) is classified and filled in, and relevant supporting materials are uploaded. Conduct online review through the platform, select the best recommendation, and submit the Summary Table of Industrial Water-saving Technology, Technology and Equipment Recommendation (Annex 4) and declaration materials through the platform before July 14, 2023.
