This mode of transportation not only has low efficiency and high freight, but also occupies highway resources, which has great potential safety hazards, and the dust raised also makes the surrounding residents miserable.
Jinfeng Corridor adopts long belt fully enclosed transportation mode, which reduces transportation cost and solves the problems of dust emission and noise pollution in vehicle transportation.
In addition, the corridor also uses all-electric intelligent control system and inspection robot technology, through the "intelligent electricity" to achieve real-time data feedback of corridor equipment operation, picture monitoring of the whole process of transportation, automatic inspection of intelligent robots and other functions.
As a result, more than 500 heavy trucks have been replaced, the throughput of 3.3 million local highways can be reduced annually, the consumption of diesel oil can be reduced by 4392 tons, and the carbon emission can be reduced by 135000 tons.

combines the construction experience of other corridors in China, and under the suggestion and promotion of Liyang Power Supply Company of State Grid, Jinfeng Group also makes full use of the main body of the corridor and the roof of the building in the factory area to lay photovoltaic, and introduces "Green Electricity" support. 60340 solar photovoltaic modules are installed on the top of the main corridor of the project and on the roof of two arc sheds with a span of 100 meters, and a 30 MW distributed photovoltaic power station is constructed.
The power station can provide 35 million kilowatt-hours of "green electricity" annually, which can save 10000 tons of standard coal and reduce 26000 tons of carbon emissions annually compared with thermal power with the same power generation capacity. At the same time, the corridor photovoltaic power generation can achieve 100% local consumption, reduce the energy cost of enterprise production, and achieve win-win environmental protection and economic benefits. In March
2022, after receiving the application of Jinfeng Group for the new installation of two 63 MVA main transformers in the intelligent corridor project, the local power supply company set up a special service class for major projects. The whole process of pre-consultation, application and acceptance, drawing design, completion and operation is closely connected and promoted.
