The 3GW high-efficiency photovoltaic module project, which originally belonged to the second phase of construction, was moved to the first phase of construction, and two sub-projects under the first phase of construction were decided to start construction at the same time.
In this regard, the company explained that, after considering the current industry development trend, market demand and the company's strategic planning, the company comprehensively considered the actual situation of 15GW N-type high-efficiency photovoltaic cells and 3GW high-efficiency photovoltaic module projects, in order to improve the operating efficiency and capital investment efficiency, and accelerate the implementation of investment projects. To seize the opportunity of rapid development of the industry, the company decided to adjust the progress of project implementation.
In addition, the announcement also explained the supplementary agreement with the Quanjiao County People's Government.

Party B: Jiangxi Haiyuan Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Party B)
(I) Supplementary contents:
1. The basic content of the project construction is changed as follows: the first phase is to construct the project with an annual output of 10GW TOPCon photovoltaic cells and 3GW high-efficiency modules, with an investment amount of about 4.74 billion yuan; the second phase is to construct the project with 5G W HJT ultra-efficient photovoltaic cells.
2. The lease is changed as follows: the People's Government of Quanjiao County will build customized factory buildings, auxiliary equipment and ancillary facilities on behalf of the Company, and the Company will lease them first and then repurchase them. The rental price and repurchase plan shall be subject to the actual contract for the lease and sale of factory buildings.
3. The People's Government of Quanjiao County supports the Company to complete the project as soon as possible with the policies of equipment reward and subsidy agreed in the original agreement, and cancels the requirements of simultaneous arrival of industrial funds and repurchase of the Company.
(II) Both parties shall negotiate the supporting measures such as relevant land and power separately to comply with the content adjustment of this project.
(III) After this supplementary agreement comes into effect, it shall have the same legal effect as the original agreement; in case of any conflict between the terms of this supplementary agreement and any agreement previously signed, the provisions of this supplementary agreement shall prevail.
(IV) This Supplementary Agreement shall come into force after being signed and sealed by both parties.
