On May 11, Huadian Group invited tenders for centralized procurement of the second batch of PV modules in 2023, with a procurement scale of 4081.36 MW.
This tender is divided into five bid sections, the first to fourth bid sections are bundling bid sections, with a total of 24 centralized projects of 2081.36 MW; the fifth bid section is a frame bid section, with an estimated tender scale of 2G W.
It is reported that the supply period of bid section 1 to bid section 4 is from June to December 2023, and the frame of bid section 5 is valid until April 30, 2024. If the project has clear requirements for component specifications, the bidder must provide them as required. The specific component specifications and power requirements of each project shall be subject to the technical part of the bidding document. Due to uncontrollable factors such as project land use and design, the actual procurement scale of the project may deviate from the bidding scale, and the specific procurement volume shall be subject to the actual demand of the project.
The announcement said that if the bidding price of individual projects in the first to fourth bidding sections exceeds their affordability or the project construction conditions are not available, the project may not implement the bidding results of the corresponding bidding sections; the Tianjin Haijing Project in the fourth bidding section has special anti-corrosion requirements for the component frame (electrophoresis, oxide film and other processes are required); The bidder in
bid section V shall quote the price of double-sided components and quote the price difference between single and double sides (not less than 0.02 yuan/W). The estimated capacity of P-type module is 1.2G W, and that of N-type module is 0.8G W. The bid
opening time is June 1, 2023. Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted for
this project.
