on his work. Rong Yakun comprehensively summarized the work in 2022, analyzed and judged the new situation of international development, and arranged the key work in 2023. The report points out that in 2022, Sinoma Cement adhered to the guiding principle of "4335", and under the correct leadership and strong support of the Group, the joint-stock company and New Tianshan Cement, it continued to maintain a good momentum of steady progress and steady quality improvement, successfully completed the integration and adjustment, and laid a good foundation for building an international investment and operation management and control platform for New Tianshan Cement. In view of the work in 2023, the report focuses on eight aspects: first, improve the political stance and promote development through Party building; second, ensure the completion of the annual business tasks; third, accelerate the establishment of an international business platform; fourth, establish an international management and control system; fifth, continue to promote the construction of an international talent team; sixth, promote the construction of a compliance management system; The seventh is to do a good job in safety, environmental protection, epidemic prevention and security work; the eighth is to tell the story of Chinese building materials and enhance the brand influence.

Wang Chen fully affirmed the achievements of Sinoma Cement in 2022, and placed great expectations on the next step to do a good job in the international investment and operation management and control platform of New Tianshan Cement. She put forward three work requirements: First, improve the political position, overcome difficulties, comprehensively consolidate the work foundation, follow the guidelines of overseas party building work, improve the construction of overseas grass-roots party organizations in light of overseas reality, and truly transform the political advantages of party building in state-owned and central enterprises into the development advantages of participating in the world market competition; Secondly, we should highlight key points, strengthen supervision, effectively guard against major risks, firmly establish the concept of compliance management, focus on key areas of centralized power and intensive capital, such as investment mergers and acquisitions, property rights management and capital management, and at the same time focus on key minorities, putting political literacy in the first place; Third, consolidate responsibilities, form a closed loop, ensure the effectiveness of supervision, earnestly implement the guidance of overseas clean risk provention and control, and the whole team should form a joint force to integrate all aspects of clean provention and control into the initial stage of the establishment of the company's operation and management mechanism.

The management team of Sinoma Cement led the overseas member enterprises to overcome difficulties, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and make steady progress in performance indicators, laying a good foundation for the beginning of 2023. Third, the international business is steadily advancing, with clear ideas and clear direction; Fourthly, we have adhered to the leadership of Party building and concentrated on promoting the deep integration of Party building and management.
