Recently, Beijing Vehicle and Home Energy Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ideal Automobile, has established three companies in Shanxi, Hubei and Hunan, namely, Vehicle and Home (Jincheng) Energy Service Co., Ltd., Vehicle and Home (Jingzhou) Energy Service Co., Ltd., Vehicle and Home (Zhangjiakou) Energy Service Co., Ltd., with legal representatives being Chen Hao. The registered capital is 1 million yuan, 1 million yuan and 2 million yuan respectively. According to
the data, although the business scope of the three companies is slightly different, they all include sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, and technical services for solar power generation.
In addition, Digital Building Materials Network survey found that this is not the first company involved in the photovoltaic industry under Ideal Automobile, in fact, in more than a year, Ideal Automobile has invested 85 enterprises through Beijing Auto and Home Energy Services Co., Ltd. Most of them are cars and homes all over the energy service company. The earliest of
these companies is Che Hejia (Shanghai) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which was established on March 25, 2022 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope also involves "sales of photovoltaic equipment and components". The current status is opening, but it has been established for more than a year, and the number of insured persons in the company is temporarily zero.
In such a short period of time, up to 85 enterprises with similar business scope have been set up, and they have not yet been officially operated in terms of business status. Is it too early to say that the ideal car will enter the photovoltaic industry? Or is this just an enclosure movement before the enterprise horse race?
