On May 10, the People's Government of Urat Rear Banner, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia and Huineng Group successfully signed a framework agreement for silicon-based integration projects. With

a total investment of 15 billion yuan, the project of silicon-based material integration with an annual output of 300000 tons of industrial silicon and 150000 tons of polysilicon has been signed and settled in Wulate Houqi, Bayannaoer City. It

is also Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia.

On May 8, the signing ceremony of the annual output of 200,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon project between the People's Government of Wulate Qianqi, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia and Dongli Group was held in Wuhan.

Dongli Group's 200,000-ton high-purity polysilicon project is located in Wulate Qianqi Industrial Park, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a total investment of 17 billion yuan . It is planned to start construction in December 2023 and put into operation in December 2025.
