At present, the first phase of the project has completed an investment of 1.4 billion yuan, the construction of No.1 workshop and digital exhibition hall has been completed, the installation of the first production line equipment has been completed by 80%, and the kiln ignition is planned to be carried out in August this year, and the construction of No.2 workshop has been fully started.
OLED carrier glass is the key material of semiconductor display industry, which is the core raw material for the production of high-definition display panels and belongs to technology-intensive industry. Its production process is complex, the technical threshold is high, the market share and core technology are mainly controlled by oligarchic enterprises such as the United States and Japan, and because of the high price and high dependence on imports, the development of China's electronic industry is seriously restricted, and the demand for domestic substitution is urgent. of Weifang Photoelectric Display Material Industrial Park has a total investment of 5 billion yuan, covering 315 mu, and four OLED carrier glass production lines have been built. After the completion of the first phase of the project, the four production lines can produce 4.32 million pieces of OLED carrier glass per year, accounting for 15% of the domestic market share of OLED carrier glass, realizing business income of more than 2 billion yuan per year, solving the employment of 780 people, and becoming the largest single OLED carrier glass production base in China.
