After investigation, Huang Xiaogang lost his ideals and beliefs, had a weak sense of discipline and law, violated the discipline of integrity, withheld and privately divided the villagers'compensation, reduced public power to a tool for personal gain, took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in sand and gravel mining and accepted large amounts of property.
Huang Xiaogang seriously violated the Party's integrity and discipline, constituted a duty violation and was suspected of bribery, and did not converge or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Party, which was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishment of Public Officials, the Standing Committee of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Gaoping District decided to expel Huang Xiaogang from the Party, dismiss him from the post of director of the advanced village committee according to the procedure and law, and confiscate his illegal gains; Transfer the suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law.
