Unqualified cement found in several major cement provinces

Recently, many relevant departments announced the list of unqualified cement spot checks.

According to the website of Hebei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on May 12, in order to further strengthen the supervision of product quality and safety in Hebei Province and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, the Bureau has adopted the method of purchasing samples to spot check and test thermal insulation materials, building waterproof rolls, cement and other products.

Among them, the organization sampled cement products and detected one batch of unqualified samples, and the unqualified items were chloride ions.

For the problem products found in this spot check, the Bureau has instructed the relevant market supervision departments of districts, cities and counties (cities and districts) to deal with them according to law. Zhejiang Province

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a circular on the quality supervision and spot checks of 130 kinds of products in the circulation field, such as hot-rolled round steel bars and cement, in Zhejiang Province in 2022. According to

the circular, 45 batches of cement products were sampled, of which 4 batches were unqualified, and the unqualified detection rate was 8.89%. The unqualified items are chloride ion items and strength.

1. Look at the packaging and logo. Cement packing bags shall be packed in good condition and marked completely. The packaging bag shall be marked with executive standard, producer name, production license mark (QS) and production license number, cement variety (including variety code), strength grade, packaging date and net content, etc.

2. Verify the authenticity and validity of the producer's production license and purchase licensed cement products.

3. Observe the cement product. The color of normal cement is usually dark gray or gray; when the cement is twisted with fingers, it should be fine powder without graininess and caking.
