According to the contract and relevant provisions, after preliminary review, the deduction amount is 10.3693 million yuan, and the settlement price after deduction is 1.8522 million yuan. 30% of the engineering survey fee shall be paid within 10 working days after the survey results are submitted
according to the process, and 555,700 yuan shall be paid.
It is reasonable to say that the returned contract payment should only be a small part of it. The audit unit indicated in the announcement letter that it had paid a total of 3.6664 million yuan for the survey and asked for a refund of the overpaid survey fee of 3.1107 million yuan. What kind of trouble is this?
The audit unit gave the following three reasons for returning the amount:

1. First of all, the audit unit believes that the survey unit has not provided enough on-site photos. Although 263 core photos were provided by the survey unit, 9 photos were missing. And there are no site photos in the construction survey. The survey unit is indeed a big omission in the construction survey.
2. Secondly, the audit unit also grasped a key word. The survey unit said in the contract that it would make full use of the detailed survey drilling, but in fact it did not make full use of this technology in the construction survey, so it deducted the cost of the unused drilling.
This really fully reflects the degree of prudence of the audit unit and the ability to control the details, after all, the survey unit clearly promised the use of detailed survey boreholes, but did not fully fulfill the seized handle can not be defended.
3. Finally, they also mentioned that the construction survey did not start from the excavated foundation trench, but directly from the ground. Because construction from the ground can provide better working surface and construction conditions, but at the same time, it also wastes a lot of drilling costs. Starting from the ground, the working surface and construction conditions are indeed conducive to the survey units, and it will indeed waste a lot of drilling costs. It is not entirely unreasonable for
