Danzhou Mingcheng Cement Co., Ltd. plans to build a concrete mixing station with an annual output of 900,000 m ³. The project is located in Mutang Industrial Park, Danzhou City, and the land certificate States that the purpose is industrial land. The project belongs to the A-03-10 plot of the Regulatory Detailed Planning of Mutang Industrial Park in Danzhou City. The nature of the planned land is Class I industrial land. The specific indicators of the regulatory plan are: plot ratio ≥ 0.8, building density ≥ 35%, and green space ratio ≤ 25%.

It is proposed to build a 1-storey mixing station warehouse and a 3-storey mixing station main building. The total land area of the project is 66673.669 square meters, the total construction area is 38995.52 square meters (of which, the new construction area is 4996.56 square meters), and the total capacity construction area is 53338.935 square meters (of which, the new construction area is 9285.64 The building density is 36.46%, the green space rate is 12.31%, the building height is 31.07 meters, and there are 3 parking spaces, all of which meet the requirements of the regulatory plan.

According to Article 18 of the Regulations on Publicity of Urban and Rural Planning issued by the Ministry of Housing and Construction, in order to widely solicit the opinions of relevant stakeholders, the pre-approval publicity of the plan is carried out again in accordance with the procedures.
