Recently, the Henan Provincial Department of Transportation and the Provincial Public Security Department jointly issued the Special Action Plan for Cross-regional Joint Law Enforcement of Overload Control in Henan Province. Since August 16, a 100-day "Hundred Days" law enforcement campaign has been launched in Henan Province.
In this joint law enforcement action, the whole province will be divided into five law enforcement action groups, and law enforcement personnel will be drawn from the transportation and public security departments of more than three adjacent provincial municipalities, taking irregular ways, focusing on the regulation of illegal and overloaded trucks crossing the Zhengxi high-speed rail, the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the Yellow River and other cross-railway and cross-water bridges; Heavy trucks transporting sand, stone, cement, steel and other goods with more than 30% overload, as well as "100-ton king" and other serious illegal overload trucks; large transport vehicles driving on roads without permission, large vehicles with small licenses, not driving according to the permitted route and not escorting safely according to regulations; illegal overload trucks running in the wrong direction to evade dynamic weighing detection; Illegal modification, license-related and other illegal trucks. Since the
centralized rectification action, 73 illegal and overloaded trucks have been seized in the whole province, including 10 "100-ton kings", 6 illegal trucks with retrograde running posts to evade dynamic weighing, 1092.4 tons of unloading, 192 public security scores, 6 illegal loading sources, and some illegal vehicles are being dealt with according to law.
