According to the website of Hebei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on May 12, in order to further strengthen the supervision of product quality and safety in Hebei Province and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, the Bureau adopted the method of purchasing samples. Electric blankets, wires and cables, thermal insulation materials, building waterproof rolls, cement, automotive gasoline and diesel, paints and coatings, liquefied petroleum gas, bags, shoes, liquid detergents for clothing, labor insurance supplies, automotive windshield cleaning fluids and other products.

Among them, the organization sampled cement products and detected one batch of unqualified samples, and the unqualified items were chloride ions.

For the problem products found in this spot check, the Bureau has instructed the relevant market supervision departments of districts, cities and counties (cities and districts) to deal with them according to law. The statistical data of cement output in all parts of the country from January to March 2026 show that the cumulative output of cement in the country has a certain scale.
