On January 11, Xiangshan Cement Company and Conch Venture formally signed the Joint Venture Agreement on Green Recycling of Waste Lithium Batteries in Wuhu Conch Conference Center. Wang Xuefeng, member and deputy general manager of the Party Committee of Huaihai Industrial Group, secretary and chairman of the Party Committee of Xiangshan Cement Company, and Shu Mao, executive vice president of Conch Venture, signed the contract on behalf of all parties.
Wang Xuefeng pointed out that the project will become an important support for Huaihai Industrial Group to expand the industrial chain of the new energy sector, and it is also a major breakthrough in the development of strategic new industrial projects, which is of great significance. He hoped that the two sides could deepen mutual trust and exchanges on the basis of this cooperation, and create more opportunities for cooperation in new materials, equipment manufacturing and other fields.
Shumao said that as a key link in the layout of the new energy industry, Conch will give full play to its technological advantages and work with Xiangshan Cement Company to build the production line into a regional benchmark project.
