(IV) Task name: Adhere to the principle of "one section, one plan", comprehensively renovate the sewage outlets into the Yellow River Basin, speed up the construction of key water pollution control projects, and focus on solving the problem of direct sewage discharge from villages along the river.

It is deploying and carrying out the investigation of sewage treatment plants in the Yellow River Basin, preliminarily studying and formulating the implementation plan of constructed subsurface flow wetland for tail water of municipal domestic sewage treatment plants in the Yellow River Basin, vigorously promoting the source ecological control mode of "sewage treatment plant + constructed subsurface flow wetland with thermal insulation", and promoting the improvement of water quality in the national examination section of the Yellow River Basin. The fourth is to promote the pilot first, and vigorously promote the cities in our province to actively declare the national pilot cities of regional reclaimed water recycling. At present, the province has completed the construction of 40 constructed wetlands, including 14 constructed subsurface flow wetlands for tail water of urban domestic sewage treatment plants, 10 estuarine wetlands and 16 river wetlands, so as to achieve the concentration of three major pollutants, namely, chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus, up to Class III surface water quality.
(VI) Task name: further promote the safe use of polluted farmland, effectively control the risk of soil pollution of construction land, control agricultural non-point source pollution, and strengthen the environmental supervision of industrial solid waste yards and tailings reservoirs.
Progress: The first is to promote the safe use of polluted farmland. In cooperation with the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Areas, the Work Plan for the Safe Utilization of Polluted Cultivated Land in Shanxi Province in 2022 was formulated, which was submitted to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas for approval by the provincial government, and issued to the municipal people's governments for implementation. (VII) Task name: Grasp the central ecological environmental protection supervision and rectify the outstanding ecological environment problems in the Yellow River and Fenhe River basins, and carry out provincial-level ecological environmental protection supervision.
Progress: First, actively promote the rectification of the central ecological environment protection supervision. In view of the 17 problems in 4 aspects of the inspection report feedback in our province, it was divided into 92 rectification tasks, 238 rectification measures were formulated, 32 responsible units were defined, and rectification plans and accounts were formed. Focusing on the main practices, experiences and achievements of the rectification in our province in the past year, we drafted the Report on the Implementation of the Second Round of Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision and Rectification in Shanxi Province, which was submitted to the Party Central Committee and the State Council in the name of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government on April 29 after deliberation and approval by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Establish and improve the rectification mechanism, formulate and issue the Promotion Mechanism for the Rectification of Feedback Problems from the Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision in Shanxi Province, and establish and improve the eight measures of the Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision, the Yellow River Basin Eco-environmental Warning Film, such as overall coordination, decomposition and implementation, supervision and supervision, acceptance and marketing, so as to form a closed-loop management mechanism for finding and solving problems. In order to further consolidate the responsibility of ecological environment protection and vigorously promote the construction of beautiful Shanxi Province, the Office of the Provincial Leading Group of Eco-environmental Protection Supervision focused on the implementation of key measures for air pollution prevention and control, such as highlighting the rectification of gas-related environmental problems, upgrading industrial enterprises and implementing zero clearance of bulk coal.
