The first successful candidate is Yidao New Energy Technology (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. with a bid price of 66.84 million yuan 563194 and a unit price of 1.782 yuan/W ; The second successful candidate is Zhengtai Xinneng Technology Co., Ltd. , with the bid price of 69.49271175 yuan and the bid unit price of 1.853 yuan/W ; The third successful candidate is Jingke Energy Co., Ltd. , with a bid price of 70.704267 million yuan and a unit price of 1.885 yuan/W .
According to the tender announcement, the project purchases 69450 double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules ≥ 540Wp (72 type). Requirements:
1. The bidding products must pass TUV or CE certification or domestic COC or CGC certification. It meets the requirements of national mandatory standards.
2. The peak power deviation of PV modules provided is positive tolerance.
3. The service life of PV modules under normal conditions shall not be less than 25 years, and the attenuation rate of PV modules shall not be higher than 2% in the first year, 0.45% in each subsequent year, and 12.8% in 25 years. The warranty period of component process materials shall not be less than 12 years, and the warranty period of component attenuation shall not be less than 25 years.
4. Photoelectric conversion efficiency of PV module ≥ 20.9% (conversion efficiency is calculated by module frame area).
5. The actual output power of the PV module must be within the deviation range of the nominal power (0 W ~ + 5 W) under the standard test conditions (i.e., the air mass AM = 1.5, the irradiance 1000 W/m ², the working temperature of the cell is 25 ℃, and the standard solar spectral irradiance distribution conforms to the provisions of GB/T 6495.3).
6. Crystalline silicon modules are certified by the national certification authority in accordance with the requirements of GB/T9535 (or IEC61215) and GB/T20047 (or IEC61730) standards
. The models, specifications and manufacturers of key components and raw materials (cells, packaging materials, glass panels, backplane materials, welding materials, junction boxes and terminals, etc.) shall be consistent with the certified products.
In addition, the delivery time of the project is the first batch of 11112 blocks before January 31, 2023, and the second batch of 58338 blocks before February 20, 2023 (the above progress can be adjusted by the tenderer according to the construction progress).
