Strengthen mechanism guarantee and promote rectification at a high level. The company earnestly implements the "first topic" learning system, incorporates the study and implementation of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought into the first topic of the Party Committee, and normalizes the study and implementation work; Strictly implement the requirements of "Party and government responsibility, one post and two responsibilities", set up a provincial leading group of ecological environment protection supervision and rectification work headed by the Secretary of the Party Committee and the chairman of the board of directors of the company, hold timely meetings to listen to the rectification situation, study and solve major issues, and promote the rectification work as a whole.
Perfect the responsibility system and consolidate the responsibility of rectification. The company should do a good job in top-level design, combine problem rectification with the establishment of rules and regulations and long-term mechanism, and improve the responsibility system and management system of ecological environment protection for all staff; We should adhere to the problem orientation, goal orientation and responsibility orientation, sort out the feedback from the inspectors, refine the rectification plan, sort out 108 specific rectification measures corresponding to 43 problems, and clarify the rectification objectives, time limits, measures and responsibility units one by one. To determine that Party committees at all levels and relevant enterprises are mainly responsible for comrades as the first responsible person for the rectification work of their units, and to comprehensively consolidate the responsibility for rectification.
Strengthen process management and control, and pay close attention to rectification and implementation. The Company convened the mobilization and deployment meetings and scheduling meetings of the provincial ecological environment protection supervision and rectification work to study, deploy, schedule and promote the rectification work; established the system and mechanism of rectification scheduling, supervision and inspection and sales management, implemented tabular and list-based management, and precisely scheduled and promoted the implementation of rectification. By combining routine inspection with special supervision, the rectification is supervised and inspected to ensure that the rectification measures are in place. The Company formulated and implemented the rectification measures for the ecological environment problems of the mine, and firmly promoted the standardized renovation and ecological restoration of the mining area; comprehensively strengthened the management and control of the whole process of storage, use and disposal of hazardous wastes such as lubricating oil products and waste engine oil, and effectively prevented the environmental and safety risks of hazardous wastes; Deeply fight the battle of pollution prevention and control, implement the upgrading of production and domestic wastewater treatment facilities, and steadily promote the technical transformation of ultra-low emission of new dry cement clinker production line.
Adhere to ecological priority and promote green development. The company anchors the "international first-class, domestic leading" industry enterprises, improves the management and technology synergy promotion mechanism, and achieves the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction. Actively promoting the construction of green manufacturing system, 14 enterprises affiliated to the company were awarded the title of "green factory" and 8 mines were awarded the title of "green mine". Actively respond to the national carbon peak, carbon neutral "3060" target requirements, prepare and implement the company's carbon peak work plan, and comprehensively promote green and low-carbon development.
