Shijiazhuang Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd. In 2020, on the basis of low nitrogen combustion and staged combustion technology, the School of Environment of Tsinghua University invested 42 million yuan to build the first SCR deep treatment project in Hebei Province. At present, the project has been successfully operated, and the emission value has reached 50 mg/m ³ of nitrogen oxides. Ammonia escape is less than 3mg/m ³ , which fully meets the ultra-low emission requirements of the cement industry. In terms of nitrogen oxide emission reduction, the project has become a benchmark project with a leading role in the cement industry in Hebei Province and even the whole country.
Vigorously develop circular economy, realize the resource utilization
of industrial solid waste, develop the co-disposal of Quzhai cement with existing cement kilns and extend the industrial chain, and solve the problem of local solid waste disposal. All the dust generated in the production process is reused as raw materials for clinker production, and the laboratory analysis reagent bottles are used as siliceous raw materials for kiln utilization.
Aiming at the waste materials produced in the experiment or detection process of cement enterprises such as cement plants, cement product plants, cement grinding stations and the like, the waste materials are re-used as raw materials to be ground into raw materials, and are calcined into clinker through a rotary kiln to complete the recycling. The waste produced by the
concrete mixing plant, in which the high-strength waste such as stones can be used as subgrade bedding after simple crushing, and the soft waste washed by the mixer truck can be used as concrete sand and stone material after being separated by the sewage separation system, and can also be used as subgrade bedding during road maintenance. Scrap concrete and other wastes in buildings can be crushed and screened to produce recycled coarse aggregates with different particle sizes and screen residues as cushion materials, thus realizing green circular economy, reducing the exploitation of natural resources and achieving 100% comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid wastes.
From 2018 to 2020, the total amount of waste residue from comprehensive utilization of Quzhai cement resources reached 5.3043 million tons , the annual sales revenue of products or technological achievements of comprehensive utilization of resources in the past three years was 4.09 billion yuan, and the annual output value of products of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste was 3.86 billion yuan. It is conducive to improving the level of solid waste disposal in the local and surrounding areas, achieving the goal of "reduction, recycling and harmless" terminal disposal, promoting the improvement of local ecological environment protection and green economic development, playing a positive role, with good social benefits, and becoming an important part of urban "purifier" and infrastructure.
