Zhang Zibin comprehensively reviewed and summarized the work of Yunnan Cement in 2022. Over the past year, Yunnan Cement has closely focused on the annual target tasks and phased key work, focusing on the two key battles of improving quality and efficiency and optimizing and upgrading, and the overall business performance has been basically stable. Influenced by adverse factors such as shrinking market demand, rising coal prices and frequent epidemics, the business situation is very difficult and the business performance is not as good as expected. In 2023, Yunnan Cement will take "four stability, three reduction, two reduction and one supplement" as an important starting point, optimize the stock to enhance cost competitiveness, optimize the layout to enhance market competitiveness, optimize resources to enhance sustainable development capacity, and optimize assets to enhance high-quality development capacity. Finally, Zhao Xinjun emphasized two points on the work at the end of the year and the beginning of the year: one is to do a good job in building a clean government as always; the other is to keep the bottom line of safety as always.
