On May 12, the 4000t/d clinker cement production line reduction replacement project of Duyun Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. was ignited and put into operation.
It is understood that the project will build a 4000t/d clinker cement production line with 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and 200t/d sludge disposal system, with an annual output of 1.32 million tons of clinker, 1.7 million tons of cement and 3432 * 104 kWh of annual power generation (six-stage preheater). The annual power supply is 3,174.6 × 104 kWh, and the annual sludge disposal is 66,000 tons.
