Railway Expansion and Reconstruction Project entered the construction stage
of the main tunnel at 16:30 on May 8. At the 1 # Hanfushan inclined shaft of Nanjing South Tunnel of Nanjing-Wuhu Railway Expansion and Reconstruction Project near Moling Street, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, a special rock drill for the tunnel started drilling. It marks that Nanjing South Tunnel has formally entered the construction stage of the main tunnel.
Nanjing South Tunnel, with a total length of 14.442 kilometers, is a full-line control project of the Nanjing-Wuhu Railway Expansion Project. It crosses Qinhuai District, Yuhuatai District and Jiangning District of Nanjing City, passes through trunk railways such as Ningan Intercity Railway, Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail, Shanghai-Chengdu Railway, Ningdan Highway and Niushou Avenue, and passes through key rivers such as Qinhuai New River. The geological conditions of the tunnel are complex, the surrounding rock above Grade V accounts for nearly 70% of the underground excavation section, the surrounding rock is broken, rich in water, shallow buried and other adverse geological distribution is very wide, and some sections are adjacent to existing lines, the tunnel section is small, the safety risk is high, the operation space is small, and the construction is difficult.
In order to solve the construction problems caused by unfavorable geological conditions, the construction unit, Hefei Railway Hub Project Construction Command of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Company, in collaboration with the 14th Bureau of China Railway and the 4th Institute of China Railway, has scientifically planned the construction scheme, and according to different geological conditions, has determined open excavation, shield, mechanical excavation and blasting. To ensure that the safety and quality of tunnel construction are stable and controlled. Following the principle of "adapting measures to local conditions, economic applicability, centralized layout and green environmental protection", the construction unit has carefully laid out the facilities such as the project department's residence, portal layout, construction access and safety protection, increased the allocation of resources such as machinery, equipment and materials, deepened on-site safety technical disclosure and on-the-job training for all staff, and fully implemented standardization. Intelligent and digital technology is used to implement all-weather real-time monitoring.
Nanjing-Wuhu Railway is an important infrastructure to enhance the freight transport capacity of the eastern section of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and an important part of the railway corridor along the Yangtze River. It is mainly for freight transport and takes into account a small amount of passenger transport. Nanjing-Wuhu Railway Expansion and Reconstruction Project starts from Nanjing East Marshalling Station (excluding) in the north, passes through Qixia District, Qinhuai District, Yuhuatai District and Jiangning District of Nanjing City, enters Maanshan City of Anhui Province, passes through Dangtu County, enters Wuhu City, and ends at Wuhu East Station (excluding). The total length of the reconstructed line is 102.2km, of which the section from Cangbomen Station to Guxiong Station in the urban area of Nanjing is a new external winding and rerouting project, with a total length of 29.7km; the remaining sections are electrified and expanded, with a total length of 72.48km. After the completion and operation of the project, the layout of the regional railway network will be further optimized, which is of great significance for implementing the concept of "ecological priority and green development", speeding up the upgrading and adjustment of the industrial structure along the line, optimizing the spatial layout of urbanization and enhancing the flexibility of the road network.
On April 29, the Wujiang Bridge Section of the Suhu Bridge on the Shanghai-Suhu Railway, which was constructed by the 19th Bureau of China Railway, was successfully closed across the Taipu River (90 + 180 + 90) meters, marking another major breakthrough in the construction of the third section of the Shanghai-Suhu Railway Station. The total length of the continuous beam
across the Taipu River is 361.6 meters. It is a single-box, double-chamber, variable height and variable cross-section structure. The whole beam is divided into 79 blocks. The continuous beam is constructed by the cantilever casting method of hanging basket, which makes the bridge extend continuously over the Taipu River by the movement of the "hanging basket".
In order to ensure the smooth closure, the project department optimizes the construction plan, strengthens the safety production, establishes the vanguard post of Party members, relies on the perfect quality management system and strict management process, and ensures the construction quality of the bridge while overcoming various construction problems.
On April 27, with the completion of the last concrete pouring, the main structure of Jiangyin Station Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub (North Square) of Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed rail along the Yangtze River was successfully capped, which created favorable conditions for the opening and operation of the whole line of Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed rail along the Yangtze River as scheduled.
As a supporting project of Jiangyin Station of Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed rail along the Yangtze River, the project is a multi-functional comprehensive passenger transport hub with functions of transportation hub and supporting passenger service. It is adjacent to Jiangyin High-speed Railway Station in the south, with bus passenger station and bus station inside, and connected with Xicheng Rail Line S1 inside the square. Among them, the main square mainly includes shopping malls, entertainment, catering, leisure services, super-large parking lots and other functions. After the completion of the project, it can realize seamless transfer of underground and ground transportation modes, and become an important support for Jiangyin Station to distribute passengers, arrange service facilities, park vehicles and provide outdoor rest places. The total construction area of the North Square is more than 170,000 square meters. Since the project department entered the site on November 1 last year, it has overcome various difficulties such as the relocation of steel mills, the relocation of municipal roads, the expropriation of forest land, the relocation of optical cables and underground pipelines, and successfully completed the construction of the main structure of the project in only 173 days. The next stage will concentrate on organizing curtain wall construction and square pavement construction.
On April 20, the first double-track simply supported beam of Nanjing section of Ning
ma Intercity Railway was successfully poured, and the prelude of beam structure construction was officially opened. The Nanjing section
of Ningma Intercity Railway starts from Xishanqiao Station and ends at Tongjing Station, with a line length of 26.51 km, including 11.663 km of underground line and 14.847 km of elevated line. There are 8 stations, including 4 underground stations and 4 elevated stations. The first beam
poured this time is located between Tongjing Station and the boundary of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, which is the first simply supported beam of the whole line of Ningma Intercity Railway (Nanjing Section). The successful pouring of the first beam marks that the construction of Ningma Intercity Railway (Nanjing Section) has entered an accelerated stage. After the completion of the project, it will help to further enhance the attraction of Nanjing to neighboring cities outside the province, and play an important role in promoting the social and economic development of the region along the line and promoting the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
