On August 30, Anhui Zongyang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Zongyang Conch Company") and Zongyang Jiangyuan Water Management Co., Ltd. It marks the landing of the first industrial contract water-saving management project in Tongling.
Zongyang Conch Co., Ltd. is located in Huguo Village, Qishan Town, Zongyang County, Tongling City. It was established in June 2000 with a permitted water intake of 5.9 million m3/ year . Zongyang Conch Company attaches great importance to water conservation. For many years, it has continuously taken water-saving measures to continuously improve water efficiency. In 2015, the water consumption per unit product of cement clinker and cement was 0.51m3 /t and 0.46m3 /t respectively. By 2022, it will be reduced to 0.256m3 /t and 0.21m3 /t respectively, and the annual water saving will be 2.545 million m3 . In 2019, it was named as a provincial water-saving enterprise, and in July 2023, it was awarded the title of "Municipal Green Mine". , Zongyang Conch Company has achieved an annual water saving of 500000 m3 and a water-saving economic benefit of 500000 yuan. On the basis of the experience gained in the previous exploration of contract water-saving management, the new mode of "contract water-saving + water rights trading" is adopted to implement contract water-saving management, with water-saving service units assisting water-using units to carry out water intake rights trading, providing standardized management of water intake, water-saving publicity and water-saving technical support as the main contents of contract water-saving management. The annual water saving is increased by 300000 m3, and the direct economic benefit is 572000 yuan.
