Visiting the "Lighthouse Factory",
Huarun Building Materials Technology began to explore the construction of intelligent factories in 2018, and designed intelligent manufacturing solutions around the six business areas of EHS management, mining, production, quality, equipment and shipping. Tianyang Cement, located in Baise, Guangxi, was selected as the pilot of the "first try first" full-process intelligent factory. Tianyang Cement has promoted the significant improvement of personnel efficiency, equipment efficiency, sustainability and quality by using digital use cases and advanced technology, achieving a 24% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions, a 105% increase in per capita cement production, a 56% reduction in unplanned equipment downtime and a 25% increase in quality stability.
