22 December, Guangdong Qingxin Cement Company's 5000t/d clinker + 2 million t/a cement grinding + supporting 9 MW waste heat power generation project construction project (hereinafter referred to as "Qingxin Cement Phase II Project") held an ignition ceremony , marking the formal operation and commissioning of the project. Qingxin Cement Phase II Project is one of the nine cement production lines under construction in Guangdong Province identified by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in September 2015. It is the first full-process intelligent, energy-saving and environment-friendly cement demonstration production line in Guangdong Province . Since the construction of the project started in September 2022, it has been committed to building an eco-friendly cement industry, focusing on energy conservation and emission reduction, and making positive contributions to environmental protection, comprehensive utilization of resources and development of circular economy.
According to China Cement Network, Guangdong Qingxin Cement Co., Ltd., located in Shitan Town, Qingxin District, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. There are two new dry cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 5000 tons in the first phase, with an investment of 1 billion yuan in the second phase, covering an area of about 105 mu. Its construction content includes a 5 000 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line, 2 million t/a cement grinding system, 9 MW waste heat power generation system and 2 million tons/year cement production. After putting into operation, it is estimated that the annual output value will reach 1 billion yuan and the annual tax revenue will increase by about 200 million yuan.
