Recently, China Construction Commercial Concrete Qingshan Plant signed a contract for the second phase project of Wuhan Joint Investment Center, with a contracted volume of 300,000 square meters. Located by the Yangtze River in Wuchang District of Wuhan City,

the project is adjacent to Linjiang Avenue in the west and Xiaxinhe Road in the north. It is a super high-rise multi-functional building consisting of a basement, a podium building and two towers, with a total building area of 251685. 47 ㎡, of which the T2 tower has 45 floors and the total building height is 226.4m, and the T3 tower has 32 floors. The total building height is 165.60 m. The project is a concrete action result of the central enterprises and the Hubei Provincial Government to practice "deepening cooperation with state-owned enterprises in Hubei Province as the main line, serving the development of the real economy in Hubei Province", and will become a landmark residential project in Wuchang District of Wuhan City after completion.
