Confiscation of illegal income of RMB seven thousand three hundred and ninety yuan and seven cents (7390.07 yuan); 2. Impose a fine of RMB two hundred and ninety thousand four hundred and forty-three point sixty-three (290443 63 yuan); range of punishment: serious.
