On May 8, Taihe Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Taihe Group"), as the issuer of debt financing instruments, had the following violations of the relevant self-regulatory rules of the inter-bank bond market:
First, it failed to disclose the financial statements for the third quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022 as scheduled. Second, it fails to disclose matters subject to administrative supervision measures in a timely manner. Third, the announcement of the progress of default disposal has not been disclosed.
At the same time, Taihe Group has defaulted on debt financing instruments, which should be dealt with more severely or more severely. According to the relevant self-discipline regulations of the inter-bank bond market, after the deliberation of the self-discipline punishment meeting, Taihe Group was criticized in a circular; Taihe Group was ordered to carry out comprehensive and in-depth rectification for the problems exposed in this incident; Huang Qisen, the legal representative and chairman of the company, was criticized in a circular.
