2023, the mining right of Chenjiawan Limestone Mine in Hanzeng Town, Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province was publicly listed for sale in Mianyang Public Resources Trading Service Center. Through on-site bidding, Tianhui Mining, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shuyu Industry, successfully won the mining right of the mine with 205 million yuan.

The mining area is located in Chenjiawan, Hanzeng Town, Jiangyou City. The minerals are limestone for calcium powder and limestone for building stone. The resource reserve is 46.8541 million m ³ (12416 is 0.33 million tons). The designed production scale is 5 million tons/year. The transfer period is 20 years.
