On January 12, during the first session of the 14th National People's Congress of Guangdong Province, the Guangdong Development and Reform Commission announced 1530 key projects in Guangdong in 2023. There are 48 provincial key projects in Qingyuan, with a total investment of 128.2 billion yuan and a planned investment of 19.62 billion yuan in 2023.
The project covers new infrastructure, highway, railway, port and shipping, energy, water conservancy, urban construction, biological industry, high-end equipment manufacturing, modern service industry, upgrading of traditional industries, education, cultural tourism and sports.
This includes the new dry process cement clinker production line project of Guangdong Qingxin Cement Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 700 million yuan under the category of traditional industrial upgrading projects.
It is reported that Guangdong Qingxin Cement is a wholly-owned company of Conch Cement , and the second phase of the 5000t/d clinker project of Qingxin Cement has started construction on July 30, 2022, in the existing plant area. The main construction contents include: a 5,000t/d new dry process cement clinker production line and its supporting 1.8 million tons/year cement grinding system, 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, etc.; the designed cement production capacity is 1.8 million tons/year, and the supporting limestone resources are still the limestone mine for cement in Gezhen Village Mining Area of Guangdong Qingxin Cement Co., Ltd.
