Public security and transportation departments shall implement thermal power, building materials, coking, non-ferrous, chemical, mining and coal-fired central heating stations in accordance with their respective responsibilities, and suspend road transportation except for vehicles undertaking special safeguards.

, Hunan, launched a yellow warning of heavy pollution weather at 18:00 on December 27, and launched a yellow (level III) response measure at the same time. Yinchuan City, Shizuishan City and Wuzhong City
in Ningxia launched the yellow warning level III response to heavy pollution weather on December 25 and 26.
